According to Dave's post, TOG was the third tie breaker and total goals was the 2nd tie breaker.
"PM me your pick for Stanley Cup Winner, and tie breakers:
1. # of games (if not exact, goes to #2)
2. # of goals scored in finals (closest without going over)
3. Time of winning goal - (0 to 60 or more if overtime - closest, even if over)"
Although the "closest without going over" is ambiguous, given that everyone went over.
