Hi all,
Thanks for letting me play here for 2 years, but I've clearly overstayed my welcome.
I am evidently a disruptive negative force and I don't wish to be so.
You are a fine group of folks and I hope the league flourishes in 2016-17 and beyond.
All the best,
Dave L

WOW!! Just speechless with this action. I even supported DaveL at the beg of his rant a few days ago and now he quit. I always like him as a gm and still feel this move is not the best for this league going on but I can't hold his hand beg him to do something he doesn't want to do. Again speechless with this terrible move by DaveL.

I don't understand why people react so hastily. This could have been worked out with no one quitting.

I am happy to be here...but in fairness I try to stay out of what I think are sticky situations or heated arguments...I am not an emotional person in real life so in fantasy hockey I try not to let things get to me. I always take in the information and then consider the source where it came from. If it is coming from someone just blowing smoke and they feel good about it, let them, don't let them see you sweat or get to you...let it just roll off like water off a ducks back. this is a game...that's it. Nothing more, nothing less. It is fun. The he said, she said is part of the game to a certain extent. At the end of the day no matter what you are doing if it doesn't make you happy, then it is time to find a new hobby plain and simple. If you love your job but you have a co-worker or 2 that drive you batty is it enough to make you not like the job anymore? If yes, find a new job, if no then choose to ignore the negativity and move forward. I am currently in more than a half dozen fantasy hockey leagues and people come and go all the time. It is sad to see them go but eventually we will all come and go in any league we are in. Enjoy the leagues while you are in them and when it is time to move forward then so be it, keep the memory of it as a good one not a bad one! Cheers!
