it's not the 6 hours that is in question, it's the logging in and not picking then leaving again that is the problem
The 6 hours is to give people time to get home or work or wherever to log on...then make your pick in a timely manner. That is all we are asking.

I would agree to a limit of 3 hours per pick or make it 4 hours but when you log in, you then have 2 hours.

I agree with the others above me in regards to needing additional time to pick once you go online. I think that 1 hour should suffice. I keep a running list but cant always update it. Once I logon there may be several players that I am debting over and I may need to check injury reports, etc. In addition, I have to pick twice in a row so I need to see how the draft is going and what positions are getting picked to analyze whether I can risk waiting two full rounds to pick a certain type of player or position. I do agree that it is frustating when a person is online but doesnt pick. When it is me doing so I am using that time to make sure my picks are the best for my team.

I agree, 1 hour to pick once you're online should be enough - often should be much less, unless there was a suddenly run of 5-8 picks quickly that somehow took all your guys. But think that is less likely to happen as we go to later rounds, as we'll probably be picking quite a bit off the board more to fill our individual needs.
