Expansion League - who want to join

Hey folks,

I have a new concept for a fantasy league. The league would have 26 gm (25 team + Vegas). The concept is exactly what's happening atm in the NHL. We would have a draft for Vegas and every team could protect either 5F/2D/1G or 6F/D/1G for the exposure draft. Also we would have two gm as agent for each conference for the NMC. So let's say you have Flyers, you would send a pm asking permission to waive Filppula NMC for either trade or for the upcoming draft. Once we complete the expansion draft, we would do a draft out of the left over team since this league will contain a total of 26 teams. Vegas will start off the dispersal draft and we will have 5 round. After the dispersal draft we will start the entry draft which it will be 7 round long.


I will exclude the following team for the choosing:

- Chicago
- Washington
- Pittsburgh
- Columbus
- the fifth one will be the one that win the lottery and decide to take Vegas by lottery

So yes everyone one will have a fair shot at Vegas. Once we are full, I will either make a live lottery or a simulator. Hopefully we can get 26 strong gm.


We would also go h2h type of league and we would use Fantrax. Also it would be greatly appreciate if someone could give a hand on making a site for the league. Atm it's only a idea and hopefully it become a reality with your help.


The cap would be 8.66 % higher then the NHL since we are only 26 teams.


The team that I select will be the Jets

I'll double check with Fantrax and if that's the case then I'll give the option to the gm either pay for the league or reduce it to 23+ Vegas. I don't mind !!
