Not really liking any of these. Suppose if I must vote, than go with #1. However if the GM quits cause he is mad, the successor GM shouldn't be penalized. Also disappointed my suggestion didn't make the final 4. Your suggestion re cap floor was to drop 2 spots...it was voted down His suggestion included a part against teams with NHLers in the minors which I'm very against. |

That part had nothing to do with the salary floor If you really think about it Dave....salary floor and stashing nhlers in the minors are directly related. There are only so many cap dollars to go around.... I explained it in detail in other posts so I wont re-hash it all here. |

3. a graduated system: warning issued by League the Sunday previous to start of season. If not compliant by start of season the club drops two places in the third round for the first offence. This will be subsequently followed by two places in the second round for the second offence and two places in the first round for the third offence. If there is a fourth offence then a review of ownership should take place.
