1vs16, 2vs15, 3vs14, 4vs13, 5vs12, 6vs11, 7vs10, 8vs9 - Round 1
Highest winner vs lowest winner for rounds 2,3,4
Tie-Breakers
1. Most Wins-Season
2. Fewest Losses-Season
3. Head to Head Record
4. Fantasy Points per Game

Roster Limit for 2013/14 = 50 players
Roster Limit for 2014/15 = 60 players
Roster Limit for 2015/16, and beyond = 70 players

Penalty for exceeding cap or going below floor - your team drops 2 places in the draft for each week penalized
This penalty applies only after weekly log-in is in place and it is discovered that a GM is non-compliant with the cap and floor numbers
The rule was in place already--I'm just posting the penalty now.

just to make things easy to track for waivers:
-Any player who is over the age of 21 (born before Oct 1/92) and has played in more than one hundred fifty (150) games must clear waivers upon call up or send down.
-Any goaltender who is over the age 22 (born before Oct 1/91) and has played in more than seventy-five (75) games must clear waivers upon call up or send down.
-Any player who is over the age of 28 (born before Oct 1/85) must clear waivers.
we will go by the birthdates listed here...so we don't have to track birthdates during the season.

People... When you make roster moves in Fantrax involving players up or down to/from the minors, you HAVE to post it here in waiver or waiver exempt thread also--whichever one applies. It's not difficult.
This is a reminder, not a change.

rules updated to reflect results of poll, so it will be reverse order of final standings for entry draft (for 2014 draft ONLY, we will revisit lottery for 2015 draft).
I also clarified that 1000 GP is for entire season, including playoffs, even if your team doesn't make the playoffs, GP is still accumulated.

From now on, trades will go through unless:
-at least 2 GMs oppose - with a legitimate reason
-1 or more trade panel members oppose
at which time TRADE PANEL will discuss it, in private, come to a decision, and post the vote tally in the trade involved.
This has to be done with 48 hrs from trade posting.
