ROSTER Requirements

-no limit to number of players that can be put on IR, but once they are off IR in the NHL, they must be removed from your IR before next lock-in period. Player on IR still count against the CAP. Players on LTIR (min. 10 games or 24 days will be missed by player) DO NOT count against the CAP. Any player called up to replace a player on LTIR will count against the CAP.

Waiver Eligibility/Free Agent Signing
Waivers apply to players owned by IFFHL Teams (ie PLK waives Chris Phillips to minors - the rest of the GMs may make a claim for him). Any unowned player can only be claimed via the league’s annual Waiver Draft. Players called up from minors are WAIVER EXEMPT
-Any player who is over the age of 21 (born before Oct 1/92) and has played in more than 150 games (before Oct 1st of each season) must clear waivers to send down to minors.
-Any goaltender who is over the age 22 (born before Oct 1/91) and has played in more than 75 games (before Oct 1st of each season) must clear waivers to send down to minors.
-Any player who is over the age of 28 (born before Oct 1/85) must clear waivers to send down to minors.
-Once a player is put on waivers, that player must be subject to waiver wire based on 9 pm EST using the twenty four (24) hour limit. For example:
- Player X placed on waivers at 6 pm EST, this player will be on waivers until 9 pm EST the following day.
- Player X placed on waivers at 8:59 pm EST, this player will be on waivers until 9 pm EST the following day.
- Player X placed on waivers at 1 am EST on October 15th, this player will be on waivers until 9 pm EST on October 16th.. At which time any GM with required cap and roster space may sign.
-Once a player is placed on waivers his salary immediately comes off the books and a roster spot is opened, you do not need to wait till 9pm.
-The waiver wire is subject to the waiver order. Reverse standing order of the previous season (for 2013 it will be reverse order of draft)will be used until the fifteenth of November at which time the current seasons standing will abide.
-Once a team has successfully claimed a player they will move to the bottom of the waiver order.
-No GM is permitted to make two waiver claims in a twenty-four (24) hour period.

PLAYOFFS -The top 16 teams, regardless of division standings, will make the playoffs. -The highest placed team plays against the lowest placed team, each round (so divisions and conferences don't really matter. (ie - 1 vs 16, 2 vs 15, 3 vs 14, 4 vs 13...etc).

3. Ignoring email and not logging in within 7 days of email: EXPULSION
4. If GM signs in before expulsion, then again goes through step 1 - warning #2
5. If GM ignores warning #2 - EXPULSION
