I'd vote for changing +/- to FO%, but that's not an option.
I really don't see any of the three options, as presented, as being any better than what we have...

My general sense is GMs won't mind if the +/- one is changed. I doubt anyone drafted players initially based on +/-. And since no one drafted players based on GA/TA, it puts us all even.
FOs - I agree with Matt that some GMs will be screwed over by this change. I'd rather the positions be adjusted annually to be relevant with actual NHL. No need for a new stat here.

My position is that stat categories are the single most important fundamental competitive aspect to a league and any changes need to be fully discussed and carefully considered, as teams are built around this - they are the building blocks so to say. Unless there is a serious problem to the way it is set now, believe the default should be to keep the status quo (as tempting as it may be to change it up to make it more interesting or seemingly more fair, as fairness is all a matter of perspective and who you ask)

Should also clarify with this poll: This is strictly an "opinion" poll. Results here does not mean there will be changes to stats. This poll will turn into a slug fest with the possibility of "fundamental" changes as described my Rocket Man.
The discussion is one-day old. We certainly need to marinate this.....for a long while before changing ANYTHING.

we really should have a longer discussion before tossing up polls, imo. +/- is a stat I pay a great deal of attention on. We have the ability to harvest the data on what any of these changes could mean if we impliment them, I don't know why we need to rush into changes without fully discussing the impact.

although some voted this way because of the options.
