The Ken Holland Award
Awarded to the GM who best exhibited superior skills on draft day; finding the diamond in the rough.
This past year, the IFFHL had two drafts: The 2014 waiver and entry draft. Please use these drafts as criteria for voting. Consider especially the late round picks. Take your time to review each draft. No rush. Feel free to post reasoning below to state your case.
GMs who managed their team for the entire season are eligible to be selected; but everyone can cast a vote.
Please make THREE nominations.

Buffalo for just the Klingberg waiver pick (and Hoffman). Abitibi solid with his Hutchinson and Richardson waiver pickups also - two high impact players for his solid season. And of course Portland can probably take it with his Pastrnak pick alone - though entry picks are tough to gauge since many are still so far off before a fair evaluation can be given.

As of right now it looks like Portland killed the 2014 draft but I'd expect nothing less from Frank with a million selections. He made some nice picks outside the 1st that I liked.
For the waiver draft 2 teams stood out to me, Buffalo and Barrie. Buffalo adding Hoffman and Klingberg is huge. Barrie added Jordie Benn, Connor Brown, Cedric Paquette, Andy Andreoff, Jordan Weal, and more. Very nice influx of talent there from him.

By the time the waiver roll in town I have rarely any spot available. So I'll never be a huge factor in the waiver draft . Hopefully it doesn't hurt my chance of winning this award. It would awesome if I can win this award since I'm a huge Detroit fan. In honor of Detroit vote for Portland!!
