I definitely like 2 separate lock in periods.

I remember the first finals, in which Toew's got hurt just before the finals and was listed as "day to day". He got inserted into the line up, and then missed the rest of the regular season and the entire IFFHL finals. That was just brutal.

Seems fair to be able to make adjustments due to injuries and the like
