I agree with everyone else TheNudge (Portland) does not have anywhere near an A draft .With 2 picks in top 10 of this draft plus another in top 20 one would expect to get some good players . I picked just before his first pick and I was deciding between Provorov and Zacha and took Zacha because he is bigger , meaner , dual position and with Devil's aging team Elias 39,Zajac dropping severely he should play on NHL faster and get more ice time. I drafted Vlader early because in this league many teams have shortage of goalies so it is nice to have bunch in your minors. Other than Vlader all my picks are over 6 foot 200 pounds unlike Portland's later picks. I got a G a D and 3 forwards to strengthen whole team. Only time will tell how good everyone drafted. This is priceless when this is coming from a gm that I felt had a mediocre draft at best. Yikes!! But I really appreciate with you posting even tho I do not agree with your sentiment. |

As much Marner and Hanifin will probably end up with better careers than Zacha and Crouse, these two will be much more valuable in our league imo. Crouse at 12 was a steal |

So Quebec, you think that Zacha will turn into a Keith Tkachuk type of player ? If that happen then for sure he's top 3 worthy pick but I just think there's too much inconsistent and holes in his game to garner a top 10 pick. Again that's my opinion on this matter.
