Just an honest question: Why isn't our league board and it's PM platform sufficient enough for communication? Id still be using both, and there is no obligation to use Slack or Discord if we do add it but to answer your question. I dunno about Slacks but Discord is more than just another messaging platform its a social platform where we can post stuff that we might find interesting and other might like too I could add a bot that tells us live update to breaking hockey news like trades, signings, and injuries ... etc. |

Case close !! lol!! I just feel like this will give each individual more option with is never a bad thing. In my other leagues we never use proboard for trade talk and discord/Slack. It encourage chatting with one another and cause of it poeple tend to become closer as a group for it. It's also much easier and faster to negotiate a deal with our beloved gm's. In those leagues, proboards is still being use for multiple things like announcing deals, signing player's and a few other things. Weird to say this but I don't remember ever sending someone a pm to discuss trade in those leagues. I know for a fact Roger would be quite delighted if we would add Slack to our league. He's quite active on Slack, he even ask me if it was a possibility and at the time I wasn't sure. I felt it was my duty to at least try adding Slack or discord to our league. |

One thing I gotta ask is if stick with we have wins with a total of 10 while we have 6 for no preference, 2 for Slack and 6 for Discord then does the right option win ? If that's the case I'll definitely change my anser for Discord. Maybe having too many option is not better in this case. Maybe simply have two option 1) Stick with what we have 2) Adding Discord/Slack ?
