I want to suggest creating a historical rule change/addition thread.

This way, every time the rulebook is editted we will know about it and what was changed and when. This should help remove confusion. Maybe even include why it was changed so when new GMs enter our league they can understand about why things are the way they are.

I voted no. I have to agree with those that say that this rule should have been talked about at the beginning of the season. I would love to have the lottery implemented for future seasons though.
