Hey guy 's ,
The rules ATM is we are alowed to select within the pool of player's that got drafted in this year draft. Now I wonder why can't we draft any first year eligible player's ? What's the deal with that ? If I or you have taken the time to do your own search and one of your guy you really wanted or target him as a sleeper with your last pick. Why shouldn't you be alowed ? I 'm not taking about a overage player since we have the waiver draft for those player's . Should we have the right to draft a 1year eligible player if he goes undrafted ? Just vote yes or No!!

A first year eligible that's not drafted can be claimed with a waiver pick, just like an over ager.
My guess is you could get that player with your 4th waiver pick...

This is not the point bro , I all ready know that . The question is should we be alowed because he's not a overage player. Please don't mention waiver draft again in this poll since this is not the point of this poll.

I have another idea, if you want to reward GMs for their research: move Entry Draft before real one and move Waiver draft before training camp, maybe even more.
For example: I knew for at least six months which 7 or 8 players will move from KHL to NHL. And now we wait until September for the Waiver draft, and most of them will be taken before my first pick.
I am sure it's the same way with GMs that follow Juniors closely...
Maybe it's opening another topic, but my guess was that you wanted to reward research and knowledge.. Am I right, Frank?
